Want to change the world? Worried about a changing climate?

TakingITGlobal wants YOU to speak out to international decision makers on how climate change is affecting your community.

How: Submit a postcard design that illustrates what actions your government should take in hopes of building a sustainable future for us all.

Your artwork will be printed as a postcard and displayed at the UN Climate Change Conference, to be attended by 15,000 people this December in Poland! Winners will also receive 30 postcards featuring their original artwork to give to family and friends.

This contest will be judged in two categories, ages 12-15 and 16 and up. In addition to our people’s choice winners selected based on your votes, there will also be a critic’s choice award, to be determined by internationally acclaimed artist Alex Colville! The winner of this prize will win a webcam and chance to create a video for TIG’s homepage! Deadline for submissions is Tuesday December 9th, 2008.

	This contest will be open from November 05, 2008 - December 09, 2008. Submissions will be voted on by TakingITGlobal members. A winner will receive a TakingITGlobal prize pack. You must be a TakingITGlobal member, under the age of 30, to participate.
